*Delivery may take 2-7 working days, depending on the location and quantity. For your order to be processed on the same day, please place it before 5.00 pm GST.

*Note that COD is only available in the territory of the UAE with a limit of 1,000 AED.
Upload your ready-to-print files (artworks) and we’ll get back to you for the approval. Once you approve the design, we will start the production.
To receive prints of the best quality make sure your files adhere to the following criteria:
*All the file verifications are free of charge.
**The minimum quantity mentioned in each product page will be counted by default.
***For all the orders less than 1m², the price of the product will be rounded up to 1m²: if no other options are found.

First, you will need to select the width and height of your custom envelope. Choose one of the four sizes we offer:
• 22 cm x 11 cm (DL)
• 16.2 cm x 22.9 cm (for A5)
• 23 cm x 32.4 cm (for A4)
• 31.5 cm x 45.5 cm (For A3)
Next, you will need to choose the material from which you want us to make your customized envelopes. We have two options:
• Standard Wood-Free, 120 gsm
• Premium Splendorgel Extra White, 160 gsm
You also can print on either one side of the envelope (either outside or inside) or both the inside and the outside.
All our envelopes will be die-cut and assembled by our team.
